EV211송수신기 개인정보처리방침

주식회사 인솔엠앤티(이하 "회사")는 EV211송수신기 앱(이하 "앱")과 관련하여 아래와 같이 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.

1. 수집·저장하는 개인정보

앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치정보·광고 식별자 등 개인정보를 수집하거나 회사 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고 또는 분석 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

2. 마이크(음성) 데이터의 처리

앱은 사용자가 송신을 켠 동안 마이크 음성을 사용자가 선택한 서버와 같은 채널의 참가자에게 실시간으로 전달합니다. 서버는 두 가지입니다.

• 폰 서버 모드: 같은 Wi-Fi의 다른 휴대폰이 서버 역할을 하며, 음성은 실시간 전달만 됩니다.
• 로컬 서버 모드: 사용자 또는 관리자가 직접 운영하는 Ubuntu 로컬 서버에 접속합니다.

앱 자체는 음성을 기기에 녹음하거나 저장하지 않으며, 회사는 사용자가 운영하는 서버나 그 서버의 음성·녹음 파일에 접근하지 않습니다.

3. 서버 측 녹음(선택 기능)

로컬 서버 모드에서 서버 관리자가 녹음 기능을 활성화한 채널은 해당 음성이 관리자 서버에 MP3 파일로 저장될 수 있습니다. 이 녹음은 사용자가 직접 관리하는 서버에서 이루어지며, 회사는 그 파일에 접근하지 않습니다. 녹음 사실의 고지, 보관 기간, 다운로드·삭제에 대한 책임은 해당 서버 관리자에게 있습니다. 관리자는 녹음을 시작하기 전에 참가자에게 녹음 사실과 보관 정책을 고지해야 합니다.

4. 제3자 제공

회사는 사용자 음성이나 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 음성은 오직 사용자가 접속을 선택한 서버와 그 채널 참가자에게만 전달됩니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

EV211 Transceiver Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026

INSOL M&T Inc. ("the Company") publishes the following privacy policy for the EV211 Transceiver app ("the App").

1. Personal data collected or stored

The App has no sign-up or login. It does not collect or send to the Company's servers any name, email, phone number, location, advertising identifier, or other personal data. The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. Microphone (voice) data

While transmission is on, the App streams microphone audio in real time to the server the user selected and to other participants on the same channel. There are two server types:

• Phone-server mode: another phone on the same Wi-Fi acts as the server; audio is only relayed in real time.
• Local-server mode: the App connects to an Ubuntu local server operated by the user or an administrator.

The App itself does not record or store audio on the device, and the Company does not access user-operated servers or any voice/recording files on them.

3. Server-side recording (optional feature)

In local-server mode, for channels where the server administrator has enabled recording, the audio may be stored as MP3 files on the administrator's server. This recording happens on a server the user controls; the Company has no access to those files. Notice of recording, retention period, and download/deletion are the responsibility of that server administrator, who must inform participants of recording and retention before starting.

4. Sharing with third parties

The Company does not share user voice or personal data with any third party. Audio is delivered only to the server the user chose to connect to and that channel's participants.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not collect personal data from children.
